In August 2009 we entered into an agreement with Receptional Limited (company registered number 03863417) (Receptional) for the handling by Receptional of our marketing and business development activities. Where required, we may therefore disclose your personal information to Receptional for such purposes; save that will not provide Receptional with access to our clients' customer lists or our clients' generated reports.
